I’ve been in the Red Bluff/Redding area since 1986; I enjoy the country setting and fabulous views.  Tehama Country is a great Area to bring up your family.  My daughter is now a successful adult with a Bachelor and two MA degrees; her husband, too, who was brought up in Northern California has his Ph.D. in Physiology.

Their success is based on the education system available in Northern California.  I am addicted to the challenge of real estate with four years of experience in very difficult economic times, 2011.  Our clients come first!   I uphold customer service, marketing and “meeting your needs” to get the job done;  I will work my listings to get your home SOLD.

NSP offers many marketing tools which I implement such as local and magazine advertising, will find buyers through writing letters, postcards, and internet exposure, e-PRO technology.  I distribute brochures, magazines, newsletters locally as direct mailers different times of the year.  I will also plan Open House Tours via our MLS.  Most important, I will communicate with you on a daily basis.
