Century 21 offers many marketing tools such as local and magazine advertising. I find buyers through writing letters, postcards, and internet exposure, of course! I take advantage of many marketing tools. For instance, I distribute a real estate brochure locally, use direct mailers, and plan frequent Open House Tours.

I should have been in real estate years ago! A combination of abilities drove me toward the industry, such as customer-service, sales, and marketing. Some of my prior business experience includes, Interior Design, landscaping, and gardening.
